Dandelions and Fireflies

Strengths:
This is an amazing painting. Your use of space and texture is gorgeous, as you give the viewer this nice effect with the dandelions flying into the wind. I also read the dandelions a bit as stars, which you've also given them dual purposes in this painting. I'm fond of how you give the viewer a few areas of rest with the shadowed grass in the foreground as you maintain a strong sense of lighting.

Suggestions:
I would suggest blending the colors a bit more. For example, the background colors could be blender more as this pink meets the blue in the sky a bit too abruptly. It's nice to transition just as I see you did a bit of in the Fireflies' jar. As with the jar, it seems as though the fireflies are floating outside the jar rather than inside. You did well with the marks on the jar, which is why I feel if you placed those marks slightly over a part of the fireflies, it would give a better sense of depth, emphasizing more that the fireflies are inside this jar.

Overall, I enjoy this composition. You have a fine talent with painting, and you'll only get better. You've done well interpreting things in your own image, and it's that kind of creativity of materials and elements that will help your skills prosper. Kudos on a fine painting.
